"La Sayuela" stands on a 10,000 square metres farmland which adjoins the Regional Park of Gredos, with all the strengh and splendour of the Sierra de Gredos on one side, and the valley of Tietar and "La Vera" on the other, creating spectacular sights from the house throughout the year. The rural house "La Sayuela" is a ground floor building which has walls 60 cm wide made of stone on the outside and wood work on the outside and the inside, this makes it suitable for keeping coolness in the summertime and the warmth of the heating in winter. There are multiple leisure activities you can achieve: guided equestrian routes, canoeing, observing protected fauna, playing golf, fishing, hunting... |

The lounge has a timber ceiling 6 metres high which makes you fell a special and comfortable spaciousness enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and together with the dining and living areas makes it possible to create different atmospheres at any time. From the lounge there is a forged staircase which leads to the games parlour (billiard table, darts, library...)where you can enjoy the sight from a bay window. There are 5 nice double rooms, all of them with air conditioning and bathroom (hair dryer and bath products) and each one looking on a different sight of the mountains of Gredos or the Valley of Tietar. |
