The Hotel Casona d'Alevia is situated in the centre of the village of Alevia, on the slopes of the Cuera sierra, next to Panes. This beautiful country house consists of a rustic construction of stone and chestnuts comprising a collection of 15th to 17th-century houses, renovated to present their original interiors and exteriors. Surrounded by the magnificent natural landscapes of the Picos de Europa mountain range and the Deva and Cares rivers, it is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility and nature. The Hotel has two lounges - one with a fireplace -, a library, reading and games room and a garden. On show in the entrance hall is an interesting ethnographic display of handmade objects in chestnut and old farming tools. |

Its 9 bedrooms, 6 doubles and 3 specials, are uniquely designed with wooden windows and doors, dried flowers and beautiful fabrics. All with en suite bathrooms including hairdryer and courtesy toileteries, heating, telephone, television and radio alarm clock. You have access to a range of activities like hiking, horse trekking, Cares-Deva river canoe descents, walking, quad or off-road vehicle excursions in the Picos de Europa, and watersports. |
