The Casona del Sella (built by the Garcia Miyar brothers in the beginning of the XXcentury), was renovated in the year 2000 and converted into a comfortable Hotel. It is located in Ariondas at 2,5 km. from the beach, at 10 km. from Ribadesella and at 17 km. from Llanes. With an impressive on the bank of the river Sella, where on good days one can contemplate the European Peaks from its comfortable sitting rooms... On winter days is lighted the fireplace of the salon, where one can relax comfortably, taking pleasure from the memories, colors scents, and making plans for the next day... Each of the 14 rooms is different but all of them bright and inviting. The beds are comfortable, with nice cotton sheets, eiderdowns and dreamy pillows. All are equipped with a complete bathroom, heating and television. And anything is possible, from reading in the gallery of your room to climbing to the mountain tops, hiking, horseback, riding, canoeing. And for the less energetic, visits to the villages, prehistoric caves, or simply enjoying the cooking and the friendliness of the Asturian people. |
